Summary[]
Ian is on hand to solve the problems at the café. Michelle and Sharon both have their eyes on a telephone engineer.

Pete spends the night at the Vic again. Pat gives Pete home truths over his broken marriage with Kathy and tells him to get himself sorted out. Chaos ensues at the café when Ali and Mehmet believe the coffee machine has broken, not checking that it has not been plugged in. Colin wonders what he should feed Junior, who is visiting for tea. Frank's watch goes missing. He blames Diane and Ricky and advises them to find it sharpish. Brad and Mantel visit Pat at the Vic. She is not scared by either of them and makes them leave. Ian takes Pete to Number 45 to sober up. Brad and Mantel try scaring Sharon. DI Ashley tries once more to make Den talk but still has no success. Pete visits Lou's grave. He talks with Junior at the cemetery and once he has gone, talks to Lou, but feels as though she is shouting at him and is angry with him. Pete then returns to his flat and tries to get Ian to stay the night. Ian does not want to, which ends in an argument and Pete telling Ian he is letting their class down. Ian insults Pete and then leaves him. A woman arrives at the Vic and gives Frank's watch to Pat. She gives it back to Frank. Pete turns up at the Vic wanting more alcohol. Frank and Pat refuse to serve him so he leaves and wanders int the stock room for his stall. He puts ctures of him and Kathy together on a box, before placing a knife over them. |
