Summary[]
Dot becomes increasingly concerned by Bradley's strange behaviour, while a guilty Stacey shuts out Callum. Meanwhile, as Jane performs her stand-up routine in the Vic, Ian finds himself in an unfortunate predicament.

Meanwhile, Jack asks Tanya if she believes Abi's claim that she didn't see the driver. Ian's supportive of Jane doing a turn at the Vic, as long as she drops the Mrs Beale routine. Later, fed up of people using the café facilities for nothing, he puts a lock on the toilet door and jealously guards the combination. Abi's next on Keeble's list. She gets upset as Keeble pressures her to remember who was driving the car that hit Max. Keeble then disturbs Tanya by revealing Jack's alibi - he was saying a 'special goodbye' to Ronnie. Phil and Shirley send Ben back early from holiday. Ben confides in Shirley that he's glad - he was stuck in a boring kids' club on his own all day. Shirley's hackles are raised but Peggy dismisses her concerns about Suzy. Jack's still on edge about what Abi told Keeble. Tanya's more interested in quizzing Jack about what happened with Ronnie. Jack admits that he merely used Ronnie as an alibi, as he doesn't have one. Dogged Keeble targets Bradley next. He admits that he hates his dad for ruining his marriage and his life - but he's no killer. Meanwhile, Bianca visits Tanya to try and get some inside info to sell to the press, to no avail. Ian locks himself in the café toilet and can't remember the code. Powerless to help, Jane heads to the Vic. Her new material bombs, so she falls back on gags about Ian, which go down a storm. Tamwar's dropped from the bill. Dot's worried about Bradley, who's moping around sullenly. As she tidies up after him, she can't help noticing something sticking out of his pocket. It's a boarding pass for a flight to Stockholm, leaving Thursday night. |
