Summary[]

Tensions run high between Dawn and Jay at Jase's funeral, and Garry leaves Dawn with a decision to make. Peggy is torn when Ronnie makes an accusation against Archie. Tony takes matters into his own hands with Whitney and Dot is taken aback by the source of Bradley's cash.

Suzy badgers Phil to buy her a mink coat. Later, Archie enjoys flirting with Suzy and buys her the coat. Suzy gloats to Phil when the coat is delivered. Meanwhile, Danielle tells Ronnie what's going on between Archie and Suzy.

Jay struggles with his emotions as he reads a tribute to his dad at Jase's funeral, so Billy takes over. Dawn stands up to say some words too, but Jay shouts her down and brands her a murderer. Dawn runs out.

Bradley buys Dot an MP3 player and a new car. She's horrified to discover that they were bought with Bradley's gambling proceeds. Later, she gives Christian and Lee a lesson in propriety when she catches them snogging.

Tony's supposed to take Whitney to the therapist, but holds her ransom, insisting that they're not going until she agrees to behave herself. Later, he lies to Bianca that the doctor said that Whitney was just attention seeking.

Consumed with guilt about Jase's death, Billy gives Jay an envelope full of cash. Jay refuses the money, claiming that it's what got his dad in trouble. He returns to his care home, leaving Billy unsure about what to do for the best.

Ronnie orders Archie to leave Peggy and Walford or else she'll tell Peggy about Suzy. Peggy overhears and kicks Ronnie out. Ronnie accuses Peggy of being stupid and wishes Archie luck when Phil finds out.

A hysterical Dawn packs her stuff preparing to leave the Square forever, but Garry can't let her go. He begs her to stay where he can look after her. Touched, Dawn agrees to leave Summer with Keith and Rosie for a while.

Ronnie returns to the club and takes out her frustration on Danielle.

Meanwhile, Archie gives Peggy a necklace as a token of his love. Later, Peggy gingerly approaches Pat and admits that she might be right about Archie.
