Summary[]

Max does his best to cause problems for Tanya and Jack, Dawn is shocked when Jase returns from a job and Shabnam has a hidden agenda.


The atmosphere is tense at Fargo's as Max and Ronnie face Tanya and Jack. Tanya's fuming at the surprise guest - they're supposed to be there to discuss the kids - and walks out. Max follows her, leaving Ronnie with Jack. Max finds Tanya at home, upset. Max bitterly remarks that Jack's got what he always wanted, and warns Tanya not to trust him - "He's from the same stock as me, remember? He's tainted." Tanya's left tearful and confused.

Shabnam's bursting with ideas for their new catering business - 'Masala Masood'. Zainab has her reservations, but Masood assures her it could be the making of Shabnam, and a family business will keep her at home.

Tanya visits Ronnie to clear the air, but is soon warning her off Max. Ronnie points out that Max isn't the only one playing games. She alludes to Penny's 'accident' and points out that at least Max's lies are out in the open.

Libby has a go at Darren for going on about growing a goatee - he's making a fool of himself. Darren's defensive - he felt like a useless kid when Dawn was in the burning house, and he's fed up with being treated like one.

Dawn clocks Jase's shady behaviour but doesn't ask any questions. Later, he staggers into the flat covered in blood. He orders her not to dial 999, before collapsing. Hysterical, Dawn runs into the Square to get help.

Tanya faces up to Jack, and asks about Penny. Jack tries to explain and insists her kids won't be in danger if he moves in, but Tanya's scared. She asks him to give her a few days - she needs time alone to think.

Jase comes round. Crawling on the floor, he calls for Dawn. He hears the door open and some heavy steps. He looks up to face a pair of man's shoes. While Dawn's asking Lucas for help, old foe Terry bundles Jase into a car.
