Summary[]
Peggy and Pat's health farm holiday is interrupted by some unexpected guests. Chelsea makes a monumental decision about her life and asks Libby to help.

Peggy's determined to get to the bottom of Pat's move to Spain. Pat's surprised when Peggy suggests a weekend away. She agrees, but she faces some tough questions in the car. Chelsea asks Libby for help with her computer. Libby's intrigued, but she's still angry with Chelsea for taking the voucher. When Chelsea admits that she wants to track down her real father, Libby refuses. At the hotel, Peggy argues against Pat's move to Spain. Their discussion's interrupted when they're asked to act as witnesses to a civil partnership. Libby thinks Chelsea's bound to get hurt if she tracks down her real dad. Chelsea reckons that Libby's unwilling to help because of her bad experiences with Owen. She reckons her dad could be different. The ceremony's stopped when one of the men gets cold feet. Pat and Peggy both give them advice and reflect on what makes a relationship work. They're successful, and the couple agree to give it another go. Libby soon uncovers details about Chelsea's father. She warns Chelsea not to get her hopes up, and gives her a scrap of paper with his name and address. Chelsea's nervous, but eager to find out more. Pat's scared of going to Spain, but feels that staying put will be worse. She wants some fun in the sun before she's too old. Peggy's desperate for her old sparring partner to stay, but she won't admit it. Pat assures Peggy there's no mystery man involved. Their chat's put on hold when the receptionist announces two surprise visitors - Ricky and Diane Butcher! Pat and Peggy both guess that something's happened to Frank. |
