Summary[]
Sonia is horrified when Martin reveals he knows who is to blame for recent events. The police continue to pile the pressure on Dot.
Martin thinks that Joe killed Pauline and confides in Sonia who tells him to stop being silly. He goes on the hunt for Joe. The police still wait to speak to Dot who is making a good recovery. Dot tells Jim that she called the police, he comforts her. Dot also tells Sonia that she must tell Martin the truth about what happened, but Sonia is too afraid. Stacey and Max arrange to meet, but Stacey is devastated when Max stands her up, choosing instead to stay in with his family. Shirley remains in Walford despite being warned off by Denise, and Denise continues to look after her extended family. Martin finds Joe and almost throttles him to death forcing Sonia to blurt out the truth - she herself killed Pauline. |
