Summary[]

As Chrissie and Den plan to renew their marriage vows, Chrissie reveals all to her friend Amanda about Den and how he has ruined Sam's life too. With the help of Amanda, she plans to get her money back and then humiliate Den. Meanwhile, Rosie hides another letter from the Department of Work and Pensions in the drawer. At the chip shop, Sam is full of new ideas for Ian's business. He is not so happy and an argument emerges, causing Sam to quit. Also Stacey almost gets fired for causing an argument with Rosie over the Millers getting benefits.

Chrissie confronts Den about a mysterious direct debit from their joint account. He claims that he's set up a pension. Chrissie's unconvinced by his explanation.

Charlie's feeling the pressure of being the main provider for Zoe's baby. It was a slow night in the taxi. Mo talks him out of working a second shift.

A benefit inspector visits Rosie and Keith. They've been falsely claiming single person benefits. Keith insists that they're not a couple. The inspector asks to see their separate bedrooms.

Chrissie's delighted when her solicitor friend Amanda visits. She admits her hurt over Den refusing to have a baby with her before getting Zoe pregnant. She hates Zoe for having Den's child.

Johnny bumps into Pat. She isn't pleased to see him. He's part of her past that she'd rather forget. She warns him to treat the Moons kindly over the squat.

Sam's fed up with being an underpaid chip-frier. She charms Ian into giving her more responsibilities. She gets straight on the phone to do the orders with an executive glint in her eye.

Amanda advises Chrissie to withdraw her funds from the joint account. Next, she must gain access to Den's financial documents. Later, Chrissie steals the key to the safe that holds them.

Johnny agrees that the Moons can remain in his house. Later, he threatens Jake with serious punishment if he's crossed by Jake or Danny again.

Mo accepts Den's offer of financial help. Charlie's angry - he doesn't want Den to have a say in the baby's upbringing. Mo's aware that they can't manage without Den's money.

Andy's shocked when Johnny reveals that he's the club's new owner. Later, Johnny introduces himself to Den. He reveals that he knows Dot and Pauline from way back. Pauline states that Johnny means trouble.

The inspector warns Keith and Rosie that they may need to repay their overpaid benefits if found guilty. Later, Stacey taunts Rosie for being a benefits cheat. Rosie's furious.

Amanda pours through Den's assets and investments. She finds evidence that Den's direct debit is to Zoe. Chrissie's disgusted that he plans to pay for his lovechild with her cash. Den taunts Zoe about her financial problems. Proudly, she claims that she can look after her own baby. Den reminds her that it's his child too. He's a permanent part of her life now. Amanda advises Chrissie to get her name on the deeds of the Vic and claim her half. She promises that Chrissie will get every penny that she's entitled to.

Ian's fuming when Sam's initiative leaves him with 20 kilos of a fish that no one's ever heard of. She quits. Later Chrissie sees a chance to set her plan in motion. She offers Sam a job behind the bar. Den's blissfully unaware of his wife's resentment.

Chrissie vows to humiliate him at the ceremony on Thursday. A smile spreads across her face at the thought of finally getting even.
