Little Mo's worried about Billy. Keith mentions that the video shop's been shut for days. Chrissie's disturbed to hear that Den's offered money to Zoe. Alfie's furious with Danny for moving Nana into a squat. He's about to thump him when Pat asks what all the shouting's about. Jake quietens them down and promises to find a new place to live. Anthony wishes that he'd been able to persuade Paul to go abroad with him. Patrick feels guilty. He wonders if he treated Paul differently after finding out that he wasn't his biological father. Jake flirts with Chrissie. Den eyes him suspiciously. Chrissie's furious to learn that Den's set up a trust fund for Zoe's baby. He claims that he used the money that Sharon sent him for the club. Jake assures Alfie that he'll sort out their accommodation, although he has no intention of moving. Jake convinces Nana that it's in their best interests to stay put. Chrissie snipes at Zoe for wangling money out of Den. Zoe protests her ignorance of Den's plans. She's adamant that she'd never ask him for anything. Den's determined to provide for his unborn child. He promises Zoe that he'll stick by her. Zoe accuses him of bullying her. She doesn't want his money and she doesn't want him anywhere near her baby. Little Mo asks Garry to check up on Billy's welfare. He finds Billy surrounded by cans and takeaways, feeling sorry for himself. Billy wants to be left alone, but Garry entices him out for a drink. Jake reckons that Den should beg Chrissie for another chance. She's fed up with giving him another chance, but she tries again. Den promises to share all his secrets but Chrissie realises that he never will. Stacey advises Lucy on the best way to fake illness and con money out of her dad. Ian realises that Lucy's unhappy about his relationship with Jane. Garry tries to raise Billy's spirits. Billy resents taking marital advice from someone who messed up his own marriage. Meanwhile, Little Mo's nipped round to tidy up Billy's flat. Nana loves their new house and declares that she's staying put. Alfie can't face letting her down. Pat pops round with curtains and advice on how to work the boiler. Everything seems cosy but Alfie glares at Jake. Chrissie accepts that Zoe didn't ask for Den's financial help. She warns her that Den's a control freak. As soon as Zoe accepts a favour from him, he'll try to run her life. Billy's livid that Little Mo tricked her way into his flat. He demands his keys back. She asks if they can still be friends. Billy can't bear it. If he can't be her husband, he doesn't want to be anything to her. Johnny wonders what the Moons are doing in his house. Jake's highly apologetic, but Johnny dismisses his concerns. He's happy for them to stay. He's also happy to see a familiar old face - Pat. Chrissie suggests that Zoe considers an abortion. Zoe's outraged. She asks what would have happened if Kat or Little Mo had got rid of their babies. She makes it plain that she won't hear of it. |
