Summary[]

More bad news from Lynne pushes Garry to breaking point. Minty is offered a new job. Kat and Alfie return from their holiday.

After receiving divorce papers, Garry sinks further into depression, despite the support of Charlie and Mo. Feeling alone, and realising he faces a future without Lynne, he breaks down. He signs the papers, then locks himself in the Arches. From inside, a car engine can be heard.

Minty is concerned that Andy is taking advantage of Sam when he boasts about holding bigger shares in her businesses. She confuses his concern with jealousy and reiterates that they will only ever be friends.

Billy applies for a job at the video shop and is disgusted when Minty is offered the position.

Jane is unimpressed that Ian hasn't told Kate that he can walk. Later, Kate catches him walking, but forgives him for lying.
