Summary[]
Ash tries to persuade Tariq to go ahead with the operation. Laura is staying with Pat and struggles to persuade Garry that she needs more money. Yolande and Patrick are looking forward to their holiday.

Ronny nervously waits for his operation but is concerned about the hold this will give Tariq over him. Meanwhile, Tariq is back at his bedsit, packing, having made the decision not to go through with it. Despite Ash's best efforts, Tariq is resolute that he will not be used. Laura apologises for Bobby's crying, Pat's tired. With Pat and Mo competing in a weight-loss competiton, Juley and Gus lay bets on who will win but are concerned when they see Mo eating everything in sight. Yolande is excited when information arrives from the fostering agency but Patrick warns her not to get too involved just yet. Gus and Juley plan to make money from Mo's dieting and they ask her how much she weighs so they can win money guessing the weight. Kareena finds Tariq's room empty at the hospital. Ash says that he'll find him. Laura asks Alfie if she can do the catering at the Vic. He says he'll think about it. Her catering ideas do not go down well with Kat. Ash kicks Tariq's door in and asks him why he's not at the hospital. Ronny realises something's wrong. Patrick and Yolande pack for their holiday, Paul is miserable and Patrick tells him he's got to be honest with Natalie. Paul decides that he'll tell Natalie everything. Ash tries to persuade Tariq to come to the hospital but he says no. Ash leaves crying. Mo is eating too much and Gus and Juley are worried. Ash, Kareena and Adi are trying to come to terms with Tariq's no show, but he later arrives at the hospital for the procedure. |
