Summary[]

Peggy is devastated to be let down again. Pat tries to show Natalie the error of her ways. The Fowlers have a shock visitor.


When they find out that Alfie has left, Dougie tells Peggy and Kat the truth about Alfie and his past. They struggle to run the pub without him but it all gets too much and Peggy announces to everyone the reason for Alfie's absence. Peggy arrives home later that night to find the takings that Alfie stole in a parcel on her doorstep.

Pat advises Ricky to end his affair for Natalie's sake, which he does.

Patrick and Jim are going to make hooch. Patrick builds a still.

After many phone calls from Michelle about the fact that Vicki has run away, Pauline is surprised to find Vicki has arrived at her place.

Kate asks Phil about Lisa. He is cross that she's listened to gossip.
