Summary[]
As the Square pulls together for the Jubilee celebrations, Janine is left more alone than ever - with tragic consequences. Meanwhile, Phil has a stern warning for Tom.
Peggy, Sam and Pauline are trying to decorate the Vic ready for the Jubilee party, but nothing is going their way. The gold decorations are leftover from Christmas, the Karaoke machine is in Japanese, and the caterers have delivered to the wrong pub! The men are more interested in the World Cup. Phil tells Tom to stop ruining Sharon's life. Derek makes everyone laugh by turning up to Robbie's fancy dress treasure hunt in full busker's attire. Janine turns up drunk, and is told to get out of Walford. She drinks more vodka and spreads graffiti around the Square. While everyone's enjoying the treasure hunt Janine slips into unconsciousness at the allotments. The evening ends with fireworks in the Square. |
