Summary[]
Ricky starts divorce proceedings against Bianca. Bianca tries to talk Carol out of an abortion. Meanwhile, Teresa hands out invites for her party.

Bianca vows to make Ricky see sense. Pat pleads with her to give it time. Ricky makes an appointment to see solicitor Marcus Christie. Frank desperately tries to dissuade him. Grant torments Bianca in the Square - sweet revenge for their feud over Tiffany. Bianca throws herself on Ricky's mercy. Her pleas only strengthen his resolve to end the marriage. Carol anxiously awaits her termination. She's suffocated by Sonia's attempts to console her. Dan intercepts Carol as she enters her taxi. She promises to make him pay. Dan pleads with Bianca to intervene. She responds with a lie, telling him Carol's merely gone for a check-up. Bianca takes matters into her own hands. She follows after Carol. Elsewhere, Teresa ostentatiously invites everyone but Sarah to her birthday party. Martin is unimpressed when Pauline tells him Dot's coming to stay with them. Natalie eagerly eyes Mel's engagement ring. Barry begins to feel the pressure. Ricky is dismayed when Marcus tells him his chances of winning custody of Liam are slim. The pain sharpens after Sonia brings Liam over to the Vic for a visit. Frank berates Phil for not standing by Ricky. Phil returns home. He can't believe his ears when Dan ponders starting a new life in Manchester. Bianca finds Carol in the waiting room of the clinic. She begs her to reconsider. Carol confides her loathing at the thought of bringing up Dan's baby. She vows she's going through with it. Bianca leaves Carol in the clinic. Outside, she slumps on the steps and cries. |
