Summary[]
A phone call spells trouble for the Jackson family. Pat debates whether to tell Roy the truth about her feelings for him or faces losing him for good. Meanwhile, Lisa is trying to prove to Melanie that she's a nineties woman.

Alex resolves to talk to Lilly but Dot warns him that she hasn't yet come to terms with the mugging. Lilly rebuffs Alex's sympathy. Alex tries to persuade Lilly towards an attitude of forgiveness. His impassioned plea throws Lilly in turmoil. Lilly relents. She phones the hospital and enquires after Gareth. Lisa decides to ask Gianni out on a date and books a table at Giuseppe's to pop the question. When Gianni approaches her asking for her order, she finally plucks up the courage to ask him out for a drink, and he loves the idea. Pat is horrified when the news explodes that Roy has been discussing their counselling business to Frnak. Peggy gets a phone call from Carol asking to talk to Bianca, but Peggy tells her she'll have to call back later because Bianca isn't there at the moment. When the call ends, Carol is stood crying in a phone box. |
