Summary

Friendships are put to the ultimate test as the big match approaches. Hopes of extra time are receding for Pat and Roy.

In the hotel restaurant Pat is outraged that Barry is in France and that Roy did not tell her. Pat says it's bad enough thinking of having to go home to Barry but having to share a hotel room with him and the others. Robbie and Huw thank Roy for allowing them spend the night in his hotel room. In a bar a French woman asks if she can sit next to Robbie. Robbie becomes love-stricken. Barry is wallowing mentioning he's always wanted to see the World Cup Final, but as usual things have conspired against him. Roy gives Barry his two tickets for the World Cup Final and tells him to enjoy. Roy goes off to find Pat to apologise. Barry finds Robbie and tell him they are going to the final as he's got another two tickets. Everyone tries to buy the tickets from Barry. Roy shows Pat the statue called "The Kiss" of two people kissing . Roy wishing he could just tell Pat how much he loves her. Roy realises that he's blessed as he's got Pat. Pat acknowledges that Roy did the right thing helping Barry. She is more glad that they are in the most romantic city on earth! Pat kisses Roy. At the stadium everyone is excited for the final. Barry and Robbie show Lenny and Huw their tickets, and they all together go in for the match.
