Summary[]
Nigel offers to help Lorraine, Robbie finds buried treasure which leads to Wellard dropping him in the canal, and the private detective presents Ian with the evidence of Cindy's adultery with David Wicks.
Robbie finds buried treasure down at the canal while out searching with his metal detector. The women of the Square march in aid of protecting the playground but while Cindy was expected to join them, she instead accepts David's offer to spend time with him at Barry's flat. Later when Ian questions her about the march she lies about her attendance and says she took part in it with everyone else. Mark receives a letter from the building society regarding a possible reposition of his house due to mortgage arrears. He shares the news with Pauline and they try to think of a solution while Ruth is away in Scotland. The Queen Vic holds a Caribbean evening that was set up by Lorraine to help Grant shift a lot of excess stock that was over ordered by Peggy. Nigel offers to help Lorraine with accommodation after he hears that she'd like to move out of Pat and Roy's. He offers her his flat for a week while he and Clare are due to be away looking after Clare's grandmas. Ian's private investigator, Sam, presents him with the evidence of Cindy's adultery with David Wicks. Sam has followed Cindy to Barry's flat. While he doesn't see her with David, he does report the registration numbers of the vehicles he saw outside the flat and one of them has David Wick's new personalised number plate - 913 WYX. |
