Summary[]
During the night, racist graffiti has appeared across the Square and specifically targeting certain residents and businesses. Gita and Sanjay are affected the most with Alan and Carol next. Grant returns to the Vic.
|
Grant is in an unnaturally upbeat mood while making a cooked breakfast having made up with his brother and with all blame for what's happened laid at Sharon's door. Carol and Gita have some time out together in the afternoon with a drink at the Vic. Arthur takes a telephone message for Nellie regarding a George Ellis and it transpires that George Ellis is her estranged husband who has died. Grant suggests to Nigel that Clare and Debbie come back over to Nigel's place to have a video and takeaway evening with him and Nigel. During the evening, Clare says she wants to come back home and is fed up staying at her gran's. Grant begins to feel that he has outstayed his welcome so later on packs his bag up and returns to the Vic where his arrival scares Sharon half to death and he says he'll be sleeping in his own bed tonight. |
