Summary[]

Mark and Ruth enjoy a day off together. Ricky returns from Manchester and asks Natalie to send Bianca to Number 41 so he can see her. Pat wonders if Geoff and Michelle's relationship is rosy given the age difference.

Nigel admits to Debbie he is worried about repaying the new loan company. Debbie surprises him with some overtime earnings she has saved to help them out, giving his mood a boost.

David is unsure he can keep the business going without Ricky so asks Phil to step in and help, but Phil claims he is too busy.

Sharon learns from Grant that her birthday party is being paired with Kathy and Phil's engagement party. She thinks Phil has done it to spite her.

Pat catches Geoff at the café and suggests a cup of tea at her house. He declines the offer, claiming he has to be somewhere to get away from her.

Bianca is thrilled to see Ricky again.

Pauline gets to know Ruth at the launderette. Ruth offers to look after Martin for her.

Robbie cares for an injured bird he finds on the Square.

Kathy and Sharon discuss party plans.

Pat returns home to find Ricky in the kitchen and advises him to go and see David immediately as he needs help with the business.

Alan learns that Ricky is back and informs Carol.

Bianca tells Ricky that David tried talking to her again in his absence. Ricky has enough of David and decides to pack his involvement with the business in, before insisting to Carol that he and Bianca are still together.
