Summary[]
It is August bank holiday, and a group of the Albert Square residents enjoy a game of rounders at the park. Carol supports Gita, and offers to help her with anything she needs. Meanwhile, David learns that Ricky slept with Bianca in their bedroom and is uncomfortable.

Bianca sneaks out of Number 41, as Ricky distracts Pat. Michelle suggests to Gita that she lets a man move into her flat to try and keep the racist attacks at bay. Nellie questions Jules over his date with Blossom. Nadia collects her £1000 from Phil, and then heads for a lonely drink at the Vic, leaving Sharon is intrigued by her presence. Ricky is annoyed to learn that David knocked £300 off the price of a car for a customer. Bianca tries to find Natalie a man, but her suggestions from Ian and Sanjay just do not appeal to her. Nellie starts isolating herself from her friends. Ian informs Nigel of his intentions to sue him. Sanjay grows increasingly frustrated at Gita's reluctance to let him look after her. Phil does not want Sharon knowing about his engagement to Kathy. David deliberately thwarts Ricky and Bianca's plans for another romantic night in at Number 41. Binnie has an idea to increase trade at the Vic, and asks Sharon if she can implement it. She gives her the go-ahead. Gita's fear of answering the door starts to take control over her. |
