Summary[]

A biker sells his motorbike to David's business. Arthur is in awe of the bike and wants to buy it, but is not sure how he will get the cash. Ricky rearranges his date with Bianca for the evening. Kathy is worn out. Pat encourages her to share her troubles with her and learns that she wants to take time away from Phil to work out whether or not she truly loves him.

Alice arrives at the Vic hoping to find Della. Steve recognises her and informs Binnie of who she is, and Binnie introduces herself to her as Della's flatmate.

Arthur explains to Pauline his desire for the motorbike. David wants around £500 for it, and gives Arthur until the end of the day to try and raise the money.

Della gives Alice a tour around the bedsit, which does not live up to her mother's expectations. She remains oblivious to her daughter's lesbian relationship with Binnie.

Phil is convinced Kathy is leaving him and pours his thoughts to Grant. Kathy leaves for some thinking time, and Phil sees her off and then turns to alcohol to cope with her disappearance.

Ricky and Bianca head to a nightclub for their date and at the end of the evening share a kiss.
