Summary[]

Sanjay tries to support Gita but has little success. Home life stress takes its toll on Cindy and Ian. Meanwhile, Debbie has words with Ian over Nigel's debts and Mark sports a hangover.

Gita confesses to Cindy about how Steven hurt his knee.

Arthur's job search gets him nowhere. Pauline thinks he should ask the new market inspector Lesley for his old job back.

David manages to infuriate Ricky.

Ricky has his mind on Bianca after bumping into her on the market.

Lesley gives Arthur his job back.

Ian finds a perturbed Nigel on the Square. Nigel snaps at him and insists he will receive his debt money when he can get it to him.

Binnie helps out behind the bar at the Vic when Grant finds himself running it alone.

Ricky and Bianca have a drink at the Vic. Ricky tries asking her out.

Mark apologises to Arthur for snapping at him yesterday and confides in him about Joe's death and how it scares him.

Ian learns from Grant about Gita's ordeal at the park and rushes home to tell Cindy; he is displeased to learn that she already knows and assumes she kept it from him, and he no longer wants her hanging around Gita but she insists Gita is her best friend and he will not spoil it.
