Summary[]
Ian meets Neil Bradley, an old adversary of Tricky Dicky's, and is pleased with the result. Arthur tries to regain his job with the council. Nigel and Debbie appear to be the victims of a burglary.

Ian drives to Neil Bradley Builders to find out more about Tricky Dicky's past as a councillor in Doncaster. Nigel panics as Debbie requests more money. Arthur heads to the council office to appeal his sacking. Neil Bradley agrees to talk to Ian and reluctantly dishes the dirt. Kathy cannot look at Pat the same way anymore. Michelle's shifts at the café come to an end. Natalie feels bad about her losing out as she is part of Kathy's family. Nigel asks Grant if he can place some stock from his shop in the cellar. Grant allows him to provided it is legit. David brands the new family venture "Deals on Wheels". Arthur's appeal gets him nowhere. Nigel breaks into his own house via the kitchen window and steals the television and some videos. Michelle is determined to find a job. Debbie and Clare later return home. Clare is frightened to find they have been burgled. Nigel appropriately returns home at the same time and sheepishly phones the police. Realising he has nowhere else to go, Arthur reluctantly opens up to Nellie about his financial concerns. Nellie gives him a cheque to pay off his insurance company. Nigel encourages Debbie to look at the positive side of their burglary as the insurance company will pay out for their losses. Debbie admits she never got the house insured. |
