Dorian Gates is a friend of George Knight. He made his first appearance on 12 September 2023 and last on 6 November 2023. He was portrayed by Luke J I Smith.

Storylines[]

Owner of The Boxing Den, Sharon Watts is put into contact with Dorian by George, Dorian arrives at the Boxing Den and promotes his fighters, Lee Dalton, Paul Egen and Ashley Torrey to Sharon and co-owner Phil Mitchell. Phil accuses Dorian of trying to tell him how to run his business, Sharon then in an attempt to calm things down offers to show Dorian around the Boxing Den. Dorian later goes for a meeting with Sharon and flirts with her, Sharon's ex-fiancé Keanu Taylor thinks Sharon has gone on a date with Dorian.

Dorian later persuades Tom Cotton as well as other Walford residents to attend the Boxing Den's first pie, pint and a punch up. Tom bets on a one of the boxer's to win and the boxer wins making Tom a lot of money. However later at The Queen Victoria George discovers that Dorian fixed the matches, Keanu overhears this and informs Sharon and Phil. Phil and two security guards leave to find Dorian but they are unsuccessful, Dorian later returns and demands payment from Sharon but she refused and Keanu walks in and threatens Dorian with a baseball bat, Dorian leaves but warns he'll be back with heavies, Dorian does later return with his heavies and Sharon pays him.

When Keanu kidnaps his and Sharon's son Albie Watts, Keanu blames the kidnap on Dorian as Sharon is unaware that Keanu is responsible for the kidnap. The police later find Dorian in Birmingham but Dorian has alibis for the time Albie was kidnapped and the police rule Dorian off of being a suspect.
