Dec is a man who tries to initially dance with Frankie Lewis in a nightclub when she makes it clear she is not interested. He follows her home on the train and gropes her. Frankie gets off the train and thinks she has lost him but he follows her into Albert Square a passer-by saves her after she shouts for help.
