Storylines

D.I. Fallon is the Duty Inspector at Walford Police Station who makes two appearances in 1994. He is first seen when he investigates the assault to Phil Mitchell after he is beaten up and hospitalised by his brother, Grant. Phil insists he fell into the inspection pit, so Grant is ultimately released. When Sanjay Kapoor is wrongfully arrested for assault against a racist member of the British Front party, D.I. Fallon questions him and then issues him with a formal caution which means that, whilst he still doesn't have a criminal record, the caution could be cited against him should he appear in court within the next three years. Sanjay agrees to the caution and is released.
