Caroline Bishop is the aunt of Honey Mitchell. She made her first appearance 21 July 2006 and last on 9 November 2006. She was portrayed by Una Stubbs.
Storylines[]
Caroline is the aunt of Honey Mitchell, and acted as a mother to Honey when her mother Janet died during childbirth. Caroline is outgoing, eccentric and vivacious, and visited Albert Square for Honey's second wedding to Billy Mitchell. Jack brought her with him to Walford, which made Peggy Mitchell jealous.
Caroline later returned to Walford for Honey's third wedding, which was a surprise wedding. She accompanied Honey to hospital when she went into labour, and was collected by her boyfriend, Boot.
When Honey wanted to give Janet up for adoption, she visited Caroline who revealed that she had once given a child up for adoption herself. She also revealed that Boot had left her, taking some of her possessions with him.
On 23 May 2016, Caroline has a fall in a supermarket, causing Honey to miss the wedding of Martin and Stacey Fowler.
