Carl Pizzie appeared as Dan Zappieri in EastEnders from March 1996 to January 1997.
In 1990, he appeared as the character Raju in the former high-profile show Grange Hill. He then went on to gain a role in the television series Teenage Health Freak before landing the role of Dan in EastEnders. After his stint as Dan he went on to appear in shows The Bill, A Mind to Kill, Doctors and Jack and the Beanstalk: The Real Story.
He founded organic wholesaler Wholegood in 2007, winning the award for Specialist Wholesaler of the Year in 2019.
