Annette as Babe Smith
Annette Badland (born 26th August 1950 in Edgbaston, Birmingham) is an English actress who portrayed Babe Smith in EastEnders from January 2014 to February 2017.
Badland is also known for a wide range of roles on television, radio, stage, and film. She is best known for her roles as Margaret Blaine in the BBC science fiction series Doctor Who and Mrs. Glenna Fitzgibbons in first series of Outlander. Badland has also starred in Casualty, The Bill, Holby City, Doctors, Cutting It, Coronation Street, Bad Girls, Skins, Not Going Out, The Dumping Ground, Midsomer Murders, Silent Witness and Inside No. 9.
