Storylines[]
Anne Lindsay visits Janine Butcher in search for her son Matt Lindsay who had walked out upset and not returned home. She found Janine's address by snooping through his diary. She explains that Matt can become obsessive when he meets women and she's worried about him. Janine tells Anne that she can't be of any help, however, Anne finds her sons suicide letter in Janine's bedsit and then leaves in a panic. When Matt attempts suicide, Anne bumps into Janine at the hospital and tells her to never see him again.
