Angela Wynter (born 14th July 1957 in Kingston, Jamaica) is a Jamaican-English actress who has portrayed Yolande Trueman in EastEnders from September 2003 to October 2008, briefly in March and June 2017, before reprising the role from August 2023 onwards.
Wynter's other television credits include Doctors, Holby City, Casualty, The Bill, Call the Midwife, The Tunnel and Doctor Who, and has starred in films such as Burning an Illusion and Last Christmas.
Wynter won a Soap Award in 2025 for her portrayal of Yolande, alongside Rudolph Walker.
