Aleesha Beyoncé Miller is the daughter of Demi Miller and Leo Taylor. She made her first appearance on 29 October 2004 and last on 7 July 2006.
Storylines[]
Born in 2004 to 13 year old Demi Miller, Aleesha didn't have the easiest start in life being (along with her parents) the centre of an ongoing feud between her maternal and paternal grandparents. Her parents were deeply in love, but they were forbidden from seeing each other. In a last ditch attempt to be together, Demi and Leo Taylor ran away, taking Aleesha with her. Living in a squat and without any cash, Demi soon sent Aleesha back to her parents as it was for the best, but tragedy struck when her mother took an overdose of heroin in order to numb the pain of giving up her daughter. When Leo returned, he was devastated to think she was dead and he decided to join her by taking the rest of it. Demi survived, but sadly for Leo, his overdose was fatal.
Aleesha's godparents are her uncle Mickey Miller and neighbour Pauline Fowler, whose heart softened towards the Millers since she accompanied Demi to hospital for Aleesha's birth. Aleesha left Walford with Rosie Miller and Demi on 7 July 2006 to live in the Cotswolds. In the summer of 2007, Demi had passed all of her GCSEs but decided to become a full time mother to Aleesha, rather than go to college. When Darren Miller was accused of cheating with a girl named Clara by his then girlfriend, Libby Fox, Darren says that Clara is the new puppy that Demi recently got for her and Aleesha and showed her a picture of the puppy as proof.
