Summary[]

Vinny and Ruby realise that they share an urgent goal, and Kathy worries that Ian has got himself in too deep.

Dotty lays out all the evidence she possibly can to Sharon but fails to persuade her that Ian was responsible for Dennis' death. Sharon viscously throws her out of the Vic, broken glass in hand, she squares up to Dotty and warns her to stay away from her and her family. Ian tries softening up to Sharon, saying all the right things and bad-mouthing Dotty to prove his innocence, but Sharon's in no mood for it and walks away.

Kheerat passes over Chantelle some money over in the meantime as she waits for her big bundle. Knowing that something's seriously wrong, Kheerat quizzes her, to which she confesses that she's divorcing Gray.

Fuming with recent events, Kathy angrily lets on to Peter and Bobby Ian's financial trouble.

Ben's doubtful about his consultation with his otolaryngologist Doctor Laghari. Meanwhile, Halfway tries buying himself more time at the nick to save Ben's fate when DI Thompson suggests sending down the blurry CCTV footage of Ben down to the tech boys to get a more precise outline.

Ian anxiously tries getting hold of Sharon.

Kheerat asks Suki to borrow the business some money for software, secretly on Chantelle's behalf. She agrees, but only on the terms that she makes a bank transaction, no cheques.

Jags is doubtful about his relationship with Habiba when she hides him away from Iqra, believing that Habiba is embarrassed to be seen with him.

Gray's furious when a soliciting firm ad pops up on the iPad with relating divorce stuff. Realising Chantelle's deleted the software's history and clocking onto her plan, he jumps in there first and tells Chantelle that he's started divorce proceedings - it's time she got out of his and the kid's lives. Later on, in the bathroom, Chantelle's taking a bath when Gray walks in. Pleading with him to reconsider, he forces her to keep her head underwater for two minutes straight to prove herself. Chantelle begs him - she doesn't want to do that again. But seeing no option, she goes ahead with his wicked blackmail.

Dotty lets off a sneaky grin when Bobby angrily informs her that Ian's got more than a friendly feeling for Sharon, while Kathy worries about Max's reaction when he finds out that Ian has conned him out of thousands to help Sharon buy the Vic.

Vinny decides to take matters into his own hands when Kheerat cries out that he's in financial trouble. He approaches Ruby about an advance against the profits. Ruby refuses, she's also in a struggle with her suspicious bank transactions. Vinny suggests that she cut the losses on the club through the insurance. Ruby's interested.

Ian finally catches up with Sharon and confesses that Dennis was responsible for Bobby's attack. Sharon demands to know why Ian never told her, but before he has a chance to reply, Sharon speaks for him and believes he had her best interests at heart.

Halfway turns up at the hospital for Ben's consultation an hour late - nothing has worked so far. But when Ben puts in the implant, he's chuffed to hear Callum's voice.

Kheerat approaches Chantelle in the Square - she'll have to wait a couple of weeks for the rest of the money. She tells him she hasn't got a couple of weeks; she's leaving tomorrow.
