Summary[]

Nick searches around Walford looking for work, only to be turned down by Ian at the restaurant and Grant at the Arches. Dot has him helping out at the B&B, much to Frank's disapproval. The Queen Vic officially re-opens, with Sharon as the new landlady, and Frank leads the locals in raising a glass to the late Eddie.

Clyde's face is on the front cover of the Walford Gazette.

Sharon braces herself as the Vic is prepared for its reopening. Frank is unaware that Pat is going to be working as a barmaid again. Dot almost accidentally tells him.

DS Mullen returns to Number 27 with police officers to search the house and collect personal belongings from Clyde.

Pat wants Dot to cook dinners at the B&B three nights a week. Dot is unsure about taking her offer up.

Nick tries getting jobs at the Meal Machine and the Arches but has no success at either business.

Ian informs Hattie a Chamber of Commerce charity dinner was cancelled due to a competing catering firm going bankrupt, but he surmises it's not profitable enough to take on. Hattie decides to drum up support to rescue the charity dinner, believing it would be good publicity for the Meal Machine.

Michelle is disgusted with the unfair portrayal of Clyde in the newspapers.

Sharon returns from a magistrates' hearing over the Vic and finds Grant has put the Vic's sign back up.

Pat tells Dot she will increase her wages if she works the evenings for her, Dot agrees to.

Lloyd is greeted by two of Clyde's "friends" - Clem and Marcus.

Pat prepares to tell Frank she is working at the Vic again but cannot find him.
