- 1988 - First appearance: Matthew Jackson, a is the manager of the local music store.
- 1997 - First appearance: Annie Palmer, she arrived in Albert Square in 1997, she is believed to be a former business associate of George Palmer. Together they open a print shop called "By The Letter" to cover their illegal deals, but Grant Mitchell catches them hugging.
- 1998 - Last appearance: Jessie Moore, a Scottish private detective whom Ian Beale hires to trace his two sons.
- 2003 - First appearance: Shirley Benson, a Betting shop clerk at Turf Accountants.
- 2006 - First appearance: Chelsea Fox, she is seduced by Grant Mitchell, unaware he is dating her to make Jane Collins jealous. However, when Denise uncovers the truth, Grant ends the relationship. Chelsea finds employment at Tanya Branning's salon, Booty and falls for Sean Slater.
