Summary[]
Celestine decides to go to church. Etta cannot face it. Diane and Mark finish creating the dark room at the B&B. Michelle prepares her meal for Grant, Rachel and Sharon.
Grant throws away a lava lamp. Rachel finds the lava lamp in the skip and takes it home with her. Arthur dresses as a baby for his charity fundraiser. Eddie and Pete join in. Ricky books a B&B for him and Sam to have sex in. Arthur, Eddie and Pete go on their fundraising pub crawl in their baby costumes, provoking humour among the residents. Grant continues to harass Clyde about his proposed boxing management scheme, but Clyde is still unimpressed. While preparing her upcoming meal, Michelle reveals to Rachel that she is attracted to Clyde. Ricky and Sam head off to the B&B. He asks Diane to lie to Grant and Phil for him. Grant and Sharon arrive at 55 Victoria Road for the meal. Grant recognises the lamp. The meal starts off well, but then quickly goes downhill when Rachel knocks over a glass of wine and blames it on Vicki, despite Sharon watching her knock the glass over with her foot. The fundraising is a success and Arthur is delighted. Ricky and Sam have sex. Ricky is impressed with himself. Rachel becomes opinionated over the Army which frustrates Grant. She makes a comment on the Army being a place where psychopaths go when prisons are full, which infuriates Grant. He and Sharon walk out. Ricky and Sam return from their getaway unnoticed. Gill returns to the Square in search of Mark. Pete tells her that Mark is at the B&B. Diane and Mark rush out of the B&B before Gill can get over to him. She watches the pair flirt and kiss. Mark looks over at Gill after kissing Diane. His face stiffens. |
