- 2012 - Last appearance: Gethin Williams, he is Jane Beale's former haute cuisine tutor, who attends a fundraising event organised by Jane after hearing about it on the radio. Impressed with her catering for the function, he asks her to interview for a job at his new restaurant.
- 2014 - First appearance: Stan Carter, he is visited by Mick Carter, Shirley Carter and Tina Carter as he is in desperate need of money. Stan forces Shirley, who he has been estranged from him the longest, to accept the money.
- 2004 - Writer was not credited on screen.
- 2020 - First appearance: Suki Panesar, the mother of Kheerat Panesar, Jags Panesar, Vinny Panesar and Ash Kaur. She arrives to spend the rest of her time alive with her children as she has cancer but it's later revealed that she never had cancer and she had pretended to have her children round her.
