Summary[]
Tina goes round to Johnny's and looks after him when he is ill only to usher her out of the house when Ruby returns from college. Meanwhile, Sonia and Jim tell Dot how much pension credit they've received.
There's tension at the Fowlers' when Pauline makes barbed comments towards Martin and Sonia about keeping secrets. When Ian finds Pauline at the allotments she tells him about Chloe and he's shocked by her decision that she wants to get Chloe back. Chrissie decides on an old English heroes fancy dress theme for a St George's Day party. The police conduct their interviews on Pat and Billy following Phil's capture. They both stick to the story that they knew nothing about his activities and the police are forced to let them go. When Tina hears that Johnny is at home due to an illness, she goes to the shop to buy him some medicine. She then goes over to Johnny's and insists on looking after him. They spend the afternoon together and everything goes great. Jim is shocked when the money from the back-dated pension turns out to be over £4000. He starts planning what to do with it but his plans are squashed when Dot finds out and insists on buying new furniture. |
