Summary[]
Tanya and Jack grow closer while the Slaters are shocked by the arrival of a surprise visitor. Chelsea is horrified by Patrick's surprise, and Heather's dreams are left in tatters.

Having kissed Minty the previous evening, Heather's over the moon and full of new hope for her marriage. Minty, meanwhile, confesses to Garry that he just doesn't fancy Heather. He resolves to tell her over lunch. Darren's been snooping at Libby's text messages and thinks there's something going on between her and Tamwar. Libby angrily sets him straight - they're starting a home tutoring business, not dating. It's Chelsea's birthday and she's disappointed that there's no card from Denise. Yolande lets slip that Patrick's organised a surprise guest and Chelsea excitedly presumes it's her mum. She's gutted when it turns out to be Lucas. When Jean invites Roxy for a family meal, she fears they know she's pregnant. Roxy goes to warn them that she doesn't want Sean involved. Over a disastrous lunch she realises they don't know about the baby after all. Seeing Tanya dolled up, Sean suspects there's another man on the scene, and warns her he'll kill any love interest. Tanya's off for lunch with Jack and the girls, which goes well. Jack and Tanya grow ever closer. Masood's back from visiting his dad, who's on the mend. He's rather surprised by the meagre meal and tense atmosphere that awaits him. All's revealed when he discovers the pile of unpaid bills. When Garry's air hostess arrives with her friend Melanie in tow, Minty can't resist her advances. Having been stood up by her husband, Heather returns home, only to find him snogging another woman. Jack's teaching Lauren to dance, and asks Tanya to help him demonstrate. The tension between them becomes unbearable and Tanya makes her excuses to leave. Before she gets hom Sean stops her - he's seen her with Jack. |
