1999 - Tiffany Mitchell dies after being accidently hit by Frank Butcher whilst he was driving.
2004 - Barry Evans is murdered by his wife Janine Evans, after she pushes him down a hill.
2007 - Pauline Fowler's funeral.
2008 - Kevin Wicks dies after a car crash with his ex-wife, Shirley Carter.
2010 - Syed Masood and Amira Shah get married.
2012 - Pat Evans dies of cancer.
2013 - Lexi Mitchell is christened.
2014 - Nancy Carter and Wayne Ladlow have a wedding ceremony which is stopped by Nancy's parents, Mick and Linda Carter.
2015 - Wedding of Ronnie Mitchell and Charlie Cotton, the two then are involved in a car crash with Roxy Mitchell because of Nick Cotton tampering with the brakes. Ronnie then gives birth to Matthew Mitchell Cotton and is put into a coma.
2016 - Mick and Linda Carter get married and Lucas Johnson returns.
2017 - Second Wedding of Jack and Ronnie Branning, later on Ronnie and Roxy drown in a pool.
2018 - Mick Carter is shot during a heist by Callum Highway. Arshad and Mariam Ahmed arrive in Albert Square.
2019 - Second Wedding of Ray and Mel Kelly.
2023 - Twelve year-old Lily Slater’s pregnancy is discovered.
2025 - The first lesbian wedding in EastEnders; between Suki Panesar-Unwin and Eve Panesar-Unwin. Nish Panesar dies after being pushed off a balcony by his son, Ravi Gulati.

1998 - The brand new block BBC logo was included in the title sequence in which it faded in and out half-through the sequence before the EastEnders logo faded up.
