Summary[]
Carol and Alan get a new lodger. Michael makes his presence felt on the market. Roy consoles Pat, and Frank finds he is being pushed to the limit.

Fed up with sleeping in the Arches, Ricky demands that Phil kicks Bianca out and give him back the flat. Phil and Grant give Bianca and Tiffany until 6pm to get themselves and their belongings out but they refuse to leave. Later in the day, Tiffany meets a handsome stranger who takes her and Bianca out for a drink. When they return, Phil and Grant have already excavated their belongings from the flat and changed the locks. It soon dawns on them that they have been tricked and the man was hired by Phil to get them out of the flat. A live singer arrives at the Vic, having been booked by Peggy for later in the week. Peggy calls to inform Grant that she is delayed in Spain due to an injury. A livid Tiffany turns up at the Vic and gives Grant a piece of her mind, only for him to sack her. Bianca goes home to Carol and is later joined by Tiffany. Ricky goes to the flat, expecting to live alone but finds that Sam has moved in. Unwilling to live with Sam, he confronts Phil who informs him that he is to stay at the Vic with Frank, if only until Peggy returns. Embarrassed by his new hair, Robbie hides out at home. Pat and Roy speak to their solicitors when they get word that Frank wants to sell the house. Frank and Ricky attend a car auction and Frank learns that most of his business associates have turned their back on him. Refusing to admit that this is due to his disappearance, Frank goes to the car lot and blames David. After a row, David informs Frank that his money problems will soon be solved as Roy is the new buyer of the house. |
