Summary[]
It's court day for Dot and Charlie. Dot is fined £90 and Charlie is fined £50. Angie is dreading Christmas, meanwhile the police continue their investigation into Colin's burglary. Sue and Ali are also targeted and Ali accuses the new landlord. Colin is worried that his relationship with Barry will be investigated.
Dot is anxious as the day for her and Charlie to go to court arrives. Pat listens to Christmas music and mopes about, irritating Den. Simon looks forward to spending Christmas Day with Magda. Angie dreads Christmas Day as she does not want to spend it alone. She then asks Sharon how Den and Pet get along with each other, but their conversation is interrupted by Simon. Regis investigates the burglary at Colin's flat, but he appears more interested in his relationship with Barry than the burglary itself when he asks Colin questions about how old Barry was when he moved in. Kathy and Pete invite Simon to theirs for Christmas but he tells them he is spending it with Magda. Sue phones Ali from their flat. They have been targeted again in a burglary. Ali leaves Barry in charge of the café as he tends to Sue. Sue searches for Alan, convinced he is behind the burglary. Ali calms her down and then finds Alan in the Vic. He threatens Alan, who winds him up, so Pat kicks them both out. Pat then heads to The Dagmar and asks Simon to spend Christmas Day with her, but he tells her he is spending it with Magda. Regis visits Barry in the café and Barry confirms his date of birth with him. Regis picks up on the fact Barry moved in with Colin prior to his 21st birthday. Charlie and Dot return from court. They have been fined £50 and £90 respectively. Dot worries she will be the source of gossip and claims she cannot be seen in public. Colin panics as Barry tells him what he told Regis. The phone then rings, it is Regis. |
