Summary[]
Time's running out for Alfie and Kat gets a nasty reminder from Andy. Ash goes for broke to save the Ferreiras house. Meanwhile, Martin and Sonia start thinking about their wedding.

Alfie tries to get a loan to pay Andy, but it is Kat who is the more terrified when she realises it is she who must pay. Ash continues to gamble, once again in the full grip of addiction and wins big. His luck soon changes, though, and he faces losing it all. After taking advice from Kelly, Zoe decides to make a move on one of Walford's bad boys. Alfie discovers Kat's pawned Nana's ring - he'd rather have every bone broken than give away something so precious. Unable to find Maxwell, Alfie meets a loan shark but is shocked by the repayments. Andy reminds Kat that she could write off the debt easily but she won't sleep with him. Kat's alarmed when Andy's thugs burst in with a badly beaten man. Andy's staged the scene to scare her. Kat warns Alfie that they must flee but Alfie won't run away. Kat tells him it'll be okay. Pauline and Dot are upset Sonia and Martin want a simple registry office wedding. They decide that Sonia's scared and make their own plans. Ash tries to increase the mortgage money by gambling at the bookies but loses everything and has to confess to his family. Spencer asks Zoe out but she turns him down and asks Dennis for a drink - he declines but later changes his mind. |
