Summary[]
Gill unexpectedly arrives at Number 55 to see Mark. Grant and Sharon are not talking following yesterday's argument. Willmott-Brown gets an injunction against Pete. Kathy soon learns why and is unimpressed.

Phil jokingly suggests to Grant that he and Sharon have a baby to strengthen their marriage. Grant takes Phil's suggestion seriously. Michelle and Sharon have an awkward encounter on Turpin Road. Sharon tries easing their tension by asking Michelle about her life, before offering her her job back at the Vic. Michelle accepts it. Gill and Mark go bowling. Gill enjoys seeing Mark relaxed. Pete offends Kathy when he questions her over why she has not told Willmott-Brown to leave the Square herself, insinuating she did not say no when he raped her. She storms off and listens to one of Willmott-Brown's cassette tapes to her in anger, before cancelling her evening plans with her friends. Grant approaches Sharon on the subject of a baby. Mark returns from his day out with Gill and is irritable when Rachel does not ask him how his day went. Pauline visits Kathy after her shift at the café to check up on her. Phil spits his drink out after realising Grant took his suggestion seriously. Mark and Rachel row over where they stand in their relationship. Kathy decides to head out for the evening but is stopped in the Square by Pete. Fed up of his constant intervention, she decides it is time they and Willmott-Brown all sat down and confronted each other. |
