Reminder editors as I've noticed recently that spoilers are starting to get added to the wiki again.

We are still spoiler free and if us admins are online the edit will be reverted.

I have also noticed and I'm not naming names but editors are creating pages for characters that have not yet appeared on-screen but are leaving the pages vague but still putting in information that is still spoiler content.

Their is no bending the rules, spoilers are not allowed on character pages and warnings will be handed out.

Hello fellow admins and moderators, I am here to ask for everyone's opinions on how the director and writers pages should be laid out. At the moment we have two different layouts.

We have a layout that has the decade as headings and then the years as subheadings as seen here: Lynne Dallow | EastEnders Wiki | Fandom

While I like this separation, I do personally think it looks quite messy and a lot going on.

The other version is just having the year as the heading and no subheadings. This can be seen here: Charlotte Conquest | EastEnders Wiki | Fandom

This would be my vote as personally i think it looks cleaner and clearer.

But of course I wanted a vote by everyone so we can get the majority and finally get the pages consistent with the agreed layout.

The name of the actress is spelled incorrectly in the credits. It should be Khashoggi.

Hi all it is with deep regret that I am activating one of the admin rules/guidelines seen below.

Unfortunately I am putting forward a vote on whether or not to terminate @Annawise79 adminship.

The reason for this is previously Anna has edit warred with several admins (I will not be nameing names as it is up to them if they wish to share their experiences).

Furthermore Anna has broken site rules that have been agreed upon by our community several times and has done it again today, I have reached out to Anna on several occasions, explained the rule in place and asked her to stop but to no avail.

I have also told her that if she is not happy with the rule then she could put it to an admin vote and it could be discussed but she has not done that.

So as much as I don't like doing this I am putting a vote for removal of admin rights, should it be decided that Anna stays then I believe a change going forward is a must.

Hello all, I hope you are well

I just wanted to state my plans on the current page rating system, to actually have them used and fulfilled correctly:

We all know that this has been at a standstill for the last couple of months (with the biography project), and with this, I think it's more productive if we focus on current characters before moving on to the past. This is because they are our most-viewed pages on this wiki.

I am currently reviewing all the current character pages to ensure they have a rating and pushing them slowly to outstanding. My goal is to have all current characters at a 'good' rating before moving on to the past.

I also plan to reintroduce the categories:

• Articles which need improvements

• Good articles

• Outstanding articles

Any help with this would be appreciated, and if you have any questions please leave them here :)

I just wanted ti ask about why Stacey has been removed from the current characters list? I'm pretty sure she is just taking an extended break, which was also mentioned at the start of the EastEnders' page "Goodbye Lacey Turner" video??

I was just going through the the wiki and went on Charli’s list of appearances, it was missing her ones from May and August.

She appears in

25th August

19th May

20th May

22nd May

Also still says she’s in Wakefield.

I just though I'd let you know about an idea that I had. Do you think that we should have a section at the bottom of each page which shows the exact dates of each character's stints and the length of them, for example with characters who have had multiple stints, as the info boxes only have first and last appearances?

Hi all, particularly the admins / mods on here,

I’m just putting forward a suggestion as in my opinion, in recent months the discord server has seemed to be getting quieter and quieter with the exits of 3 or 4 members.

I think that the server invites should be reopened permanently - as to the reason mentioned above and it can give fans who use the wiki on a regular basis to now be able to use the discord as a voice with fellow Enders fans and also - with Twitter/X being the main social media platform for most EE fans, one of my suggestions would be for one of us to put forward the server on the EastEnders # on there and maybe even under a few of the main accounts posts to spread the word.

I also feel it would generally be good for the server to be active and be beneficial for the wiki to rebuild a strong community - which in recent months - as i have mentioned has gone quiet.

I have also put this on the 'Ask-An-Admin' channel on the server.

Max Branning exited on 1 October 2015, and returned for 1 episode on 9 June 2015, making a permanent return on 25 December 2015. Therefore, he was not on screen for 8 months, making a full return after 15 months. Due to this, I would argue that his duration should be 2006-2015, 2016-2021, 2025-

Hello fellow admins/moderators,

I just wanted everyone's opinions on crediting characters that have nicknames. The main examples are Rebecca 'Bex' Fowler and William 'Will' Mitchell as I have seen being credited as so.

My opinion is surely we don't need to put that and only put down what the are actually credited. Just Bex Fowler and Will Mitchell as that is all they are simply down as.

We don't put it for other characters so was just wondering why we had it for those specific characters.

Hello, I'm sure we are all aware of this user who is repeatedly editing articles, removing their content, and trying to display a message. Is there anything we can do to get this user away from the platform, because it is getting really annoying having to undo their edits. Thanks

Next time someone edits the List of current characters page, please can you move the Bates Family in Current families, so they are in chronological order of first appearance in the list?
